I LOVE the classes. There is so much attention to detail. The instructors clearly bring a lot of knowledge to the experience and I always feel amazing after.

I've had various gym memberships and personal trainers, and aside from one great triathlon club experience, I've never felt more comfortable and excited about belonging to a gym. Keaton, Rickey, and Sophie (whom I met at another event, and she invited me to come) are truly encouraging and challenge me without risking injury. It's honestly magical. I wish I could afford to train there more, if 4x/week ever becomes an option. :) The BEST!!

I love all the options for classes that you have, I love the times I love everything about it. I just don't love the location. It's a bit farther than I'm willing to drive and then at the time that I want to do everything is a lot of traffic so it just didn't work out. However, if you ever set up a second location that's closer to me either in Katy or in Stafford I would easily easily join again.
