Very happy with the instruction -- very focused on technique and pushes the students to use proper form. Love that.
Two criticisms of the facility. The waiting area and family changing areas are incredibly warm. I realize the heated pools make everything warmer but it would be great if the temp could be lowered around the facility to make it more comfortable. In addition, the spaces in the family changing area are very small. It's hard for my son and I both to fit in there. In addition, it would be great if hooks could be added to the "rooms" so you could hang things up instead of having to put everything on the floor (that would help a bit with the spacing issue).

Great experience, both of my boys had anxiety coming in and had previous bad experiences swimming. Kyle was a game changer in every way. The boys now love the water and enjoy swimming. They both have gone from wearing floaties in pools to being strong lap swimmers. Thank you Kyle and the entire Swimlab team. See you again in a few months.
We like certain instructors and like the fact that it is indoors. The facilities are always clean. I like the small class size. I like the cameras on each pool that you can see the children even if you’re not sitting poolside. A few things I wish is that the class was 45 minutes long instead of 30 minutes to give the children more attention and time. Another thing is the temperature inside the pool area. It feels so muggy and for spectators on the side, it could be uncomfortable.
Great experience. My son was very comfortable and improved. Had fun swimming during the last River time. We will continue coming back.

Our instructor Sam is great! She made my son so comfortable immediately in the water. She's very patient and great with how she gets him to try things. I like how there are multiple pools so the kids are not on top of one another. It's a great please and I'm so glad I switched here!

We love that the classes are capped at 4 swimmers. This provides more individual instruction
The staff is so helpful, the instructors are fabulous, and they taught our boys how to swim! We love it!
My daughter has made a lot of progress in a year and an half time frame. She is now able to swim by herself and to be safe in a pool. She loves to go to her swimming lesson because she loves the teachers too. They are doing a great jobs with the kids, they are friendly, patient and competent.
The swim coach was very patient with the kids and allowed them to go at their own pace. The classes were also designed specifically for toddlers—water toys were available and the classes were shorter.
Sam is amazing with our little guy! She is always able to get him smiling and beaming about “swim with Sam” all week long!

The process is simple and the customer service via email has been great. My son is currently swimming with Joe C. at the Elmsford location and this is by far, his best instructor yet!
