The facility is great and everyone on staff is amazing. We are also thrilled with her instructor, Ava. She’s learning very quickly now and we’re expecting her to do well swimming at summer camp.
The coach seemed to teach him gently and well, and my son said after the lesson that he had enjoyed it.
The water temperature was not cold and the changing rooms were clean.
My instructor made my partner and I feel super comfortable being that this was our very first lesson and we look forward to our next classes with him.

I really like the mini pools. i think it feels less intimidating for the kids and for me as a parent it feels safer for the smaller ones.
My daughter is getting a full swim lesson experience. Thirty minutes fly by fast in a session, but my daughter looks forward to swimming lessons every week with Coach Kristie

Small groups, instructor was so good with three kids. Price was higher than I was hoping for but it's been 3 yrs since my older ones did lessons and I know prices for everything has gone up. Overall, great experience

Small class sizes and structured learning
My son is only six months old, so I thought the experience would be overwhelming for him. Thankfully I was wrong! The instructor is patient and the small class makes it so much more welcoming. I also appreciate offering a free trial class.
My daughter had such a wonderful first lesson with Lucas. She raved about it and can't wait for the next lesson! Lucas had a wonderful energy and demonstrated a great deal of patience while continuing to encourage my daughter who loves swimming but dislikes putting her face in the water. She blew bubbles in the water for the first time ever!

Coach Lucas has been absolutely wonderful! He has taught my son JJ new techniques and overall good swimming practices in a way that makes him excited to not only come back each week, but to keep trying new things. We also love running into Coach Angeles whenever she is the lifeguard. Everyone at SwimLabs has been so kind and wonderful. Thank you for all you do!

I thought the entire experience was very thoughtful and well organized. Despite being busy, the woman at the front desk took the time to welcome us and give us a brief tour. The staff were on schedule, everything flowed nicely. Joe was a welcoming and engaging coach, immediately making the kids feel comfortable. As some of the kids in the group started to get upset and cry, another staff member swiftly came and sat with the kids to offer support. You can tell this is run by professionals and was thoughtfully created!
My one less than ideal moment was around the swim diaper. While I saw a reusable one was needed, I didn’t see brand specifications anywhere on the site. I purchased one in advance, only to learn upon arrival that we needed a specific brand, which is not the one I bought. I wish this was clearly noted on the website and a follow up email of some sort was sent to families clearly mentioning the required brand.

We love our experience at Swim Labs. My son has gained a tremendous amount of confidence and skill in swimming independently. His instructors are patient and encouraging.
The direct attention due to small class size, and that both of my kids can be in class at the same time.
My instructor is amazing; she is a great teacher, explains everything in a very clear and understandable way. I'm glad I had the opportunity to learn it from her. The only drawback is that their swimming pools are a little too small for adults.
