The instructors were all great, and the class sizes were perfect.
My daughters coach is excellent. The small pool allows for easier and quicker learning and advancement. I wish there were more opportunities for one on one with the preferred coach. The only issue I have is that when there are 4 students to a coach I feel like it does not give each child enough time to practice. Should be a maximum of 3 for half hour.

Clare is a fantastic teacher. She is very good with both my kids and very patient. The kids love her. The first lesson we had a different teacher and were not given any notice that our assigned teacher would not be at the lesson. He was not as good with little kids and was not the experience we had paid for. If the teacher we are assigned to is not available we should be given notice and the opportunity to reschedule. Especially for expensive private lessons.

The professional and the individual swimming pools
My daughter has had Hannah as an instructor for over a year. Hannah keeps my child engaged and motivated during their sessions. Hannah also adds an age appropriate element of fun so that my child looks forward to her weekly lesson. The entire team at SwimLabs is professional and responsive when I have concerns or need to reschedule lessons. Facility is very clean and the amenities like coffee station for waiting parents and clean towels for swimmers are great!

Great instructors and warm pools
My daughter loves it and she is really happy in Marissa's class.
We, as parents, feel our daughter is in good hands with her and all the team working there. They all work really well. From front desk, to instructors, to the guards helping, all of them are ready nice and professionals.
We just miss more space in the family changing room, and the possibility of our kids to take a hot shower (shampoo-gel shower) and then blow their hair (like regular gyms), so they are ready to head home ready.
But in general, really happy.

Each session brought new challenges such as refining my breathing, mastering different strokes, and building endurance. But more than just physical fitness, it taught me the value of rhythm and relaxation. It’s like therapy in motion.
