The instructors that we have had have been amazing. They are so patient with my daughter (2 yr old) and she has learned so much this past year.
We absolutely love our instructor - Marissa - and the facility is great! The new upgrades (towels provided, discount for the 6 month commitment, and flexibility around seating by the pool) have been so helpful. Also love the new ability to pause lessons if we need it. Thanks for all the hard work!
We love the instructor, Marissa, she’s great with kids and is hands down the best instructor. My son has had make ups with other instructors and he told me he doesn’t want to go anymore if it is not Marissa. She pushes the kids enough while also showing empathy.
We particularly love working with Kristie as a swim teacher. She is helping our child make such great progress.

Everyone working was very nice. I wish for the parent-tots class that there was some more instruction on dunking and trying to get baby to float on back.
Wonderful swim facility. They do an amazing job teaching swimming. My child went from screaming and being afraid of going into a pool to swimming to the bottom of the pool within a few weeks. Swim labs was my last option before giving up for the season, I’m so glad I tried it out. Will be back every summer.

I love that SwimLabs is willing to teach my autistic child. They show patience and care when working with him.
We’ve been with swim labs for quite some time. My daughter is enrolled in private lessons. She will be three in October and is almost fully without swimmies outside of swim class. Watching her develop essential safety skills and being so comfortable in the water has been amazing. All the instructors are very knowledgable. We currently have Marissa who is excellent. My daughter also had a special bond with Michelle. We love it here!
Wonderful staff- responds so quickly to emails. And Marissa is the best!! It’s so clear she loves teaching little kids.

The instructors were amazing ! We always felt loved and supported by Tristen, Malik, and Marissa. They made swimming not only fun for my child, but for the parents . The support staff were great whenever we had a question regarding an upcoming class or having to switch out of a class time .
My son is definitely getting better at it.
However, sometimes I see negative comments on Facebook about traumatic experiences at Swimlabs, or lessons being cancelled very often. I assume this is based on personal experience, but it would be nice if the school could be more objectively shown to be a good school.
Sam and Marissa has been an amazing instructor for emmet. He loves coming to swim labs each weekend to work with her. We did not have a positive experience with Safe Splash in Yonkers over the winter. Since switching to Swim Labs, t has been a complete 180.
