Easy to schedule, friendly instructors, clean facility
Miss Marissa is so amazing with kids(toddlers) and now my 3yo is ver th comfortable going in the water.
After years of group lessons swim lab instructors were able to make remarkable gains in only two classes!
The facility is great with plenty to do for the kiddos who are waiting for their turn to swim. The teachers and staff are all very friendly and helpful! In particular we LOVE Marissa

I think the instructors do a good job.
My one critique is that it is incredibly hard to use makeups. There's very little available time at convenient moments in the schedule. But otherwise we are happy with the instruction.
My son has had a few different instructors which were all good but I found someone that he seems to respond to and it’s making a difference. The staff is great. Had some issues with billing but the staff did work to resolve it so I appreciated that. I would recommend.
My child seems to be learning the correct form to swim and float, helping him gain confidence in the water.
SwimLabs was recommended to me by my neighbor and some friends. It is great! My daughters instructor is perfect...she is patient, sweet, and experienced. I feel like my daughter will learn how to swim here quickly. My daughter has gained more confidence and is proud of her accomplishments in just the 2 weeks she's been there. We tried another place and it's not as a great of an experience. I will totally recommend SwimLabs!!
My kids always want to attend their lessons because the coaches are talented teachers who know how to motivate. My daughters have improved dramatically in the few months they’ve been attending classes.
My son loves his instructor. The size of the pools does relieve any notion of drowning and allows focus on the training. I am enjoying his progress so much I too joined for lessons as well.
Great instruction
I had a good experience here. I really liked diving for rings and doing a stream line up and down the pool. l also had fun practicing my kicks in swimming. If anyone else wants to try swimming I recommend swim labs. My instructor was also kind and patient with me.
We've had great instructors and our son is clearly progressing.
I liked how patience with the kids the instructor are and informative when asking about the kids performance.
It is a well run business and all of the instructors work well with the children.
I like all the new additions to the locker rooms and waiting rooms. The staff are very sweet as well.
Location and dedicated area for swim instruction.
Very organized, warm (both temp and atmosphere), kid friendly space. Easy parking and changing. Teachers seem to have a natural gift with the kids.
The staff is exceptional. Marissa is outstanding with kids — the right blend of supportive and directive. A phenomenal teacher. Lifeguards are fully engaged and aware at all times — we feel that our kid is safe.
The facilities, however, need to be redone.
The staff and instructors are very nice and always welcoming.
Friendly and knowledgeable instructors
Great class. Classes should be at least 45 minutes. As soon as we get into a flow it's time to leave.
Marlena is amazing. My daughter loves going to her lessons each week to swim with her. She’s beyond friendly and personable, making my 20 month old very comfortable in the water.
The staff is very professional and my son enjoys going! The class is small and I really like how the parents are in a separate room so my child can focus on learning.

I love the swim coaches and how much my son is enjoying swim. They make the kids happy n comfortable in the water.
Michelle is a great teacher for Gianella and Ian. She is caring and patient, she knows how to engage kids to swim and provides them confidence. She should be teaching other levels, not only beginners. I like having the opportunity for make up classes.
It would be better if intermediate and advance classes had classes during the weekend as well.
