My daughters have tried many other swimming instructions in the past. They never learned anything. At swim lab they are thriving. Your reception staff are lovely and Luke is an absolutely amazing instructor. He takes time to know all my children’s strengths and works patiently with them. He is an absolute joy and you are lucky to have such a dedicated member on your team.
The change rooms are always clean. The staff are extremely flexible with scheduling. The instructors are experienced with kids.
My son made amazing progress in a short time. He is much more confident in the water and has learned a few differences strokes. I’m really happy also that there wasn’t a lot of pressure. He needed a relaxed environment.
The location and set up is great and staff the are friendly. The only addition I would like to see are some larger / better showering and changing facilities.

(We have never seen a staff member with an ‘attitude’ or a sense of incompetence that you sometimes encounter at various types of children’s programming centers in general 😬)
Leadership should be proud that so far they have only hired excellent staff members who work hard to do a good job.

Your instructors have helped my competive swimmer improve her stroke. They provide movements to practice that make the swimmer more competitive at meets.
Swim Labs staff is experienced and professional. Each lesson is geared to the individual child. My son has significantly improved as a swimmer and his confidence has increased as well. I highly recommend Swim Labs.

There were many things I liked about my daughters swim experience. First I must say I got a little lost trying to find the place. So I called SwimLabs and the gentleman that picked up the phone was so kind and patient with me. He stood on the phone while he guided me to the facility. As soon as we walked in the place it was clean, spacious, and we were greeted as soon as we reached the desk. They guided us to our instructor on time. Love the attention to punctuality! My daughter had an 1on 1 with Emily. I like the style they have of braking down the strokes and pin pointing the area that she needs to work on. Another part I enjoy is you get the video of your sessions to study from. I will definitely be spreading the word of SwimLabs.
The team is excellent and I love how mush they help my son even when he is not very cooperative.
