The ability to provide immediate visual feedback to the swimmer in a repetitive and incremental manner is very helpful. My daughter seemed to get a lot out of her visit.
The entire staff was extremely helpful. The only issue I had was finding the place because it's in a complex...lol. Otherwise, my entire experience was excellent, so much so, that I signed up. It was 7PM and the staff was still super enthusiastic and energized. They were very friendly.

I had a great experience at SwimLabs. I am a 46 year old triathlete. My goal was to improve my freestyle stroke and efficiency. I booked a 1 hour one on one session. Joe was my instructor. He really broke down my stroke and helped me analyze it. We worked on one piece at a time and in the end put it all together. I've never done anything like this before. There were mirrors in the endless pool which really helped me to see what I look like. Joe recorded each drill. After each one, we'd review and and he would give me feedback. I was so excited to leave there and try my new skills in my home pool. The next day I went and swam a total of 3,000 yards. Each 100 was consistently 8-10 seconds faster than my usual time. This was the first time I ever felt "the catch" of the water. I was never so excited! I traveled 2 hours to go to SwimLabs. If it were closer, I'd certainly go more often as it was worth every penny. So excited for the 2019 open water swim season!

This is a place that cares and is thoughtful about individual kid differences. Our son came in being anxious with new teacher and of course water. Now he is in the pool dipping his face in the water and playing with his classmates in the pool nicely!! I can't be thankful for Swimlabs staffs experience and cares.

My son, Manny had a great time at SwimLabs. His swimming instructor, Christian was very friendly and always kept me updated about Manny’s progress. Christian, thank you for making Manny feel comfortable and confident during swimming lessons. Manny was always so excited about his swimming lessons. 😃

My daughter loves the coaches and finds the place very nice. She finds everybody is nice to her. She also said her coach gives very clear directions and makes learning very fun. Swimming at Swimlab is her favorite class.

Everything! But most importantly, I liked the swimming instructor because he made my son feel confident and kept him motivated to learn how to swim. The swimming instructor always kept me up to date with my sons progress. We really had at great experience at swim labs. The staff members are very friendly.

My son had a great experience at the SwimLabs session. The coaches offered very thorough and detailed explanation that helped him a lot! The ability to see his strokes through the live video let him see what he was doing wrong.
