Kirstie is great and works so well with the children. The man who showed us around was also very friendly and very knowledgeable.
Really good instructors. One on one attention or small group setting with similarly aged kids helps to create more rapid results than what we saw elsewhere. Did I mention we have 4 kids enrolled here? All are making rapid progress!
The front desk staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We have used three different teachers and been happy with them all.
Amelia was scared of the water and Christian has been super patient with her! As slow as she needed as not to frighten her.
Set up, Instructors, Everything!
I like that it’s always on time, communication has been good, process is organized. My only suggestion would be some changing stations in the changing room for babies. It makes a bit challenging to change babies on the floor or on the benches.
Joe is the best!
We absolutely love swim labs. The facility is so clean, open and has a great play area for siblings. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. They provide towels and there are smaller individual pools which I think provides a cleaner environment. I can not recommend swim labs enough. We have tried a few instructors and they are fabulous. My daughter’s instructor, Miss Christie, is tough enough to make us see HUGE results from these classes but silly enough that my daughter absolutely adores her and loves coming to class. By results, I mean that we recently returned from a vacation and my 3 year old was swimming better than other 6 year olds at the pool. I am super proud of her and so happy with SwimLabs!

Very Helpful and patient instructor
The one on one session was extremely helpful for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer. She was able to see immediately where her stroke could be improved. Having the video and Emily tell her step by step what she could improve upon enabled her to better visualize it. Emily is excellent and very positive.
This was my daughter’s (3 y/o) first time in a swimming class and she literally cried the whole 30 mins. Gerald (instructor) surprised me of how patient and determined he was to get my daughter into the water and actually listen. I know with time it’ll get better but it all depends on the instructors patience and capabilities to control the situation. Looking forward to future classes!

We saw such an improvement in her swimming within months. She use to hate water on her head and now she can jump right in and swim. Joe C. is a fantastic trainer!!! He makes my daughter feel comfortable and encourages her every week.

We loved it. We loved how there were so many class options and easy to be enrolled instead of having to wait forever. The ease with which we were setup by the staff was amazing. My daughter loved her instructor. She had a blas in the pool. We loved the fact that we could see her at all times from the waiting area. The restroom was so neat and clean. The changing areas were sectioned. Overall excellent experience.
