The manager (I wish I got her name) was MAGIC. My daughter did not want to get in that pool. It was her first swim lesson and she was terrified, and the manager talked me away from the viewing window and talked First name removed into participating and I was so relieved and grateful. The instructor, Christian, was patient and able and the whole experience was wonderful.

Ken and Tim are exceptional coaching my child during the start and turn clinic. They took their time showing the kids the drills and answering their questions. Great clinic!
Ken and Tim are two of the best in the business and the video analysis tools are exceptional. Swim labs is a great addition to the woodlands swimming community for both the competitive swimmer and those learning to swim.

Like the way the pool was designed. with the water resistence. Luke the instructor read my notes about my son and applied it. After the first private lesson, my son was practicing what he learned 2 days later in our town pool for breast stroke. Such a positive place that after his first 'free' trial, I booked a 'book' of privates for my son. Thank you!!! I already recommended 2x this weekend!
