A better method of tracking progress. I would buy more time or classes if better packages were offered.

Gerald is great! We came to swim labs to see him as many friends referred us to him for lessons with toddlers. His gentle nature makes for an enjoyable lesson everytime and he eases the child's fears quickly.
I love the customer friendly atmosphere and the friendly faces.My almost 3yrr old kid adores his instructor and loves swimming because the instructor makes it fun for him.I have recommended the swim labs to two people and one of them have enrolled her son.I love the flexibility in rescheduling and freezing the account for vacations because that what made my friend to enroll too.
The one on one experience and the smaller pool really helped my son. He has been taking lessons since he was two at other facilities, but this environment really helped elevate his swimming. He is now able to float and do the breast stroke. I am amazed by his progress!

I love everything about Swim labs. The instructors Joe C and Franklin are the best. They work so well with children. My son looks forward to his swim lessons is excited to get into the water. I love that the classes are small so each child gets individualized attention.
Everyone was so friendly. The instructor was phenomenal. I was so nervous that my almost three year old was not going to get through the whole 30 minutes. Not only did he get through it, but he did it very happily! Luke, the instructor, was awesome with the kids. He was very patient and my sons fear of the water started to disappear before my eyes in just the first session. I am so excited to see the progress and can’t wait for our next session.
The play area for my 1 year old was great as well too. He kept busy the whole time his brother was in the pool. The TV cams showing live footage of the pools was a nice feature too.

I love the staff at swimlabs. They are very friendly and accommodating. Luke is the best swimming instructor. My son and nephew look forward to their lessons. It's the best part of their day.

The class sizes are not overwhelming. The instructor was attentive to everyone. The class was The perfect amount of time, not too long or too short.
Fabulous teachers. My three year old is a better swimmer than her 5 and 9 year old cousins!
Instructor Kristie is great with my son ! Front desk staff is always so pleasant and helpful ! Definitely would recommend this facility as it was recommended to me :)
