SwimLabs was the second place we tried, and my son responded much better here. The pool setting is comfortable and not overwhelming for kids, especially first timers. Good options in terms of time slots. The location is not ideal, but the important thing is that my son enjoys his swim lessons and looks forward to coming.
They are always on time, easy to schedule by calling them, always very professional and nice, teachers are great

The temperature of the water, the teachers and friendly staff. They could improve the changing areas, I think one little stool behind each curtain and a few hungers to hung stuff would go a long way

So far customer service has been great. I have another child enrolled in the swim tank and I’m considering switching him over to swim labs because of how nice and accommodating our experience has been so far far. Thanks for everything!
We have a 3 person private for my 3 kids. The flexibility of this option is so key for me, if we have to miss a day we can make it up later (with 3 kids we sometimes have one sick and so all 3 can’t come). I also like the small pool for new swimmers.

The one-on-one feedback that my swimmer received helped him improve his performance immensely during his last swim meet. The videos helped him understand his incorrect stroke technique and fix it right away.

Joe C. is amazing and my kids adore him. They have made so much progress since April and September (respectively) and my daughter is near tears when she hears it's time to get out of the pool. But the best part is that any other teacher we have had as a sub or in previous classes was also amazing! You can't go wrong.
