What did you like about your swim experience?

My son loves going. He feels confident in the water. Joe C gives them (group of 4) individual attention, while keeping all of them safe. He keeps it fun, he pushes them, and encourages them. Parents do not get to hover during the 30 minute session, but we get to view progress on monitors from the waiting room. The staff is friendly and communicates well. They are accessible via phone and email.

Got a first free lesson!! Instructor was great with my son. Took his time and didn't push him into anything he wasn't ready for. Front desk was also wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions and we're very friendly and knowledgeable!

Hi,

Overall, I am very happy with swim labs.
Pros: Facility and pools are warm, play area is great, love that I can watch kids on screen.
I like that kids advance at their own pace. Lollipops on the way out is a nice touch.

Cons:
I think classes are expensive (pay over 300/month for 2 kids) and I do wish there was a deeper pool to help kids swim / shred water in deeper end.

Really impressed with the small, heated pools. The instructor was very patient and friendly with the group of toddlers. My son had a blast.

The instructor (Kyle) was great with my son. Love the smaller pools. Really appreciate that there were small toys in the pool to communicate “this is a place for kids”—this really helped my son feel comfortable. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

Firstly, the staff is so friendly and make us feel welcome at every lesson. The quality of the instruction is fantastic and I feel confident we are doing everything we can to make sure our little one feels safe in the water. We are still in the phase where one parent gets to swim with our child so it's also a really fun experience to share with her. :)

What did you like about your swim experience?

The facility is totally focused on swim lessons, it’s not part of something else (like a swim classes at a gym where outsiders are in and out and the pool is shared). The pools and room is heated, as well as, the showers. The changing area is great and the play area is a brilliant idea to keep kids busy while their wet hair dries or while waiting for class to start. I like the make up class policy as well.

What did you like about your swim experience?

I don’t even know where to start.
The place is just perfect as well the pools and the Tech they use, I love that I can see my son from either the window or sitting down on the waiting room is completely visible so it gives me a relive and happiness to see his improvements and what’s going on during his lesson, i love the members they are very friendly and professional all the time and is just very well equipped. I really like it and strongly recommend. Teachers are great!

What did you like about your swim experience?

We had our session with Joe E, it was an awesome hour, very informative and productive! Our daughter really learned to correct some stroke errors and felt the difference immediately.

We appreciate Joe’s abilities and patience, we felt comfortable in the approach of correcting the stroke.
