My daughter--who is a very difficult to please teenager, surprised me when I picked her up and she shared that she really enjoyed the class and thought that Emily was an excellent instructor. She was very impressed with the facilities overall, and specifically, having her own pool with the ability to see herself on the screen, along with being able to control the wave settings. She went kicking and screaming the whole way and after a session with Emily, she now looks forward to going back each week.

Easy and fun
The staff are extremely nice, patient and most importantly great with kids. Their level is expertise on how to teach young children is incredible. In a Covid-19 age the facility felt clean and they are doing all the right things to keep everyone safe.
My daughter loved the introductory swim lesson. At first she was very apprehensive but instructor Kyle made her feel very comfortable. Now she wants to have swim lessons every day. One thing I noted though, is that in this time of COVID-19, the instructors are wearing face shields only with no masks. It is important that they make sure to wear the shields correctly so that it covers their entire face, and I wish that they would at least wear the masks to cover their mouths (to limit droplets) as they are talking a lot with the kids in very close proximity.
My boys were very nervous and didn’t want to go. Once they met their instructor, Joe, they immediately felt better and jumped right in the pool. They didn’t want to leave, and can’t wait to go back!

My daughter loved the one on one with Coach Escobedo. She received feedback and hands on tips. Its great when the swim coach/instructor takes the time to address students by their name. The time spent in the lab was also perfect!
We have loved our experience and feel like our children are truly learning how to swim.
Love the individualized pools and love love Franklin. He is the perfect instructor for my child with a fear of the water. His confidence has soared due to Franklin. Staff is super friendly

SwimLabs instructor Mr. Kyle did a great job making my 10 month old daughter comfortable during her first swim lesson. The entire staff was very friendly and provided peace of mind after reopening during the global pandemic.
My children take semi-private lessons there (7 year old twins). The facility is organized and clean. The small "continuous water" pools work great and you can get a lot of practice in 30 minutes.

Coach Kyle was very sweet and playful with my daughter and was able to win her over. She was a bit fearful of the water and he completely won her trust and got her to work with him which was a win for me. Swim labs also provides a much nicer experience and personal experience than any other place I looked into.

My two girls were traumatized from swim lessons at another facility when they were toddlers and have been very fearful of taking lessons again. Swim is even their least favorite part of camp. But Franklin is terrific and made them so comfortable in the water that want to come for lessons every day..

i really appreciated the safety precautions especially the hat our instructor wore with the plastic covering around his face. my son was so happy to be back in swim class. grateful we are able to continue swim lessons while staying safe and healthy.
