All personnel were courteous and attentive.
Public areas were clean, and I felt safe and comfortable.
The swim instructor was knowledgeable and patient with us.
I would highly recommend this facility.

The lady did very well for teaching me, but I wasn't happy for myself, I couldn't do exactly As she taught me...that was my first experienced though.

The above ground pool was so exciting for my daughter to learn in, she's normally a little nervous when it comes to the pool. The instructor was awesome with her!! :)

What did you like about your swim experience?

The entire staff is extremely polite and sweet with everyone including the kids. Their professionalism with the way they explain and handle policies and procedures during Covid-19 makes everyone feel safe. The swim instructor Kyle is great with kids and very effective in knowing how to teach young kids. His patience and ability to keep the children on track and engaged is great. We all love SwimLabs.

Our daughter Amina has learned so much from her classes with Joe C. Her enthusiasm and happiness makes us travel to SwimLabs all the way from Brooklyn. We are very happy and comfortable with SwimLabs’ COVID-19 protocols. Looking forward to Saturday’s class!
