SwimLabs has been a real game changer for our family.
Both my young daughters had a fear of water and wouldn't even get there faces wet without freaking out. We had started swim lessons early on for both of them (at 9 months old) at a different school without success. I believe the aggressive position taken as part of that school's program actually exacerbated the fear and did not allow my girls to get comfortable in the water. After many months of hysterics every week, I finally gave up and stopped the lessons. Recently, a mom friend convinced me to give SwimLabs a try and I am so glad I did. After 2 months of lessons with Franklin, my girls were swimming and comfortable being submerged in the water for the first time ever. It is such a good feeling to watch them swim. Franklin is so patient and gentle especially with my 5 year old, who is still not 100% confident in the water.
Additionally, this place really cares about its students, which is so refreshing. Michelle and Diane have gone above and beyond to make sure my girls are happy and paired with the right instructor for their needs. I could not be happier with my experience!

The staff was friendly and accommodating and Coach Emilio was amazing! His positive energy and enthusiasm were reflected in how well he was able to relate to all the children in our group and made my son Joseph feel very comfortable during his first swim lesson! Joseph had so much fun and was smiling the entire time, he’s really looking forward to his next lesson!
My son has had a completely positive experience at Swim Lab, especially with Ms. Christi. We were taking classes with SafeSplash at a local gym and I'm glad that we were somewhat forced to visit SwimLabs Westchester due to COVID restrictions. My son has done so well in his private classes at Swim Labs. The classes are very structured and the instructors are wonderful. I've decided to continue with private lessons because I really feel that structure of the lesson and the encouragement from the staff has contributed to his success and confidence .
Safety protocols since COVID have been awesome. Their staff is top notch, super friendly and accommodating. The instructors are great with the kids. Both my 3 & 5 year old were excited to go to class each time and both came out much stronger swimmers. Thank you all! We will be coming back next season!!
My toddler/pre-schooler loves her Swimlab lessons. The instructions are great and patient, and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate changes in lesson times (without which we would have had to quit long ago).

Friendly staff. Quick to respond and authentically nice. Great teachers, fun and engaging. Both my daughters went in tentative swimmers and came out strong confident swimmers. Safety protocols are amazing and I was extremely impressed with how they handled the whole COVID situation when they opened back up. Fair and accommodating as far as fees as well. Very understanding, Will be using them again next season. Thanks guys!

I like the smaller class sizes. I also feel the instruction time is more quality that other places. I also like that the kids can see and learn from the delayed tv.

For soo many years of not having a feel of water.I have been able to take out the fear when it comes to swimming. I have also through your lessons acquired much skills and techniques which have increased my confidence level when it comes swimming. I can confidently say practice and confidence make a perfect change.
My kids have learned a lot and had fun while doing it. And they love Kyle!

Very responsive staff and swim team. Appreciate how they are on top of everything, including keeping the facility clean, etc. Everyone's friendly and welcoming.
Would probably hope that re-scheduling can be somewhat a little more flexible, especially given the current circumstances. So far, only 24 hour notice... but what if a child becomes ill the morning of? Feel like there should be exceptions to this 24 hour notice rule.
