We feel swim labs corporate, however, could do a better job explaining and managing the fee structure. Selling the class as a monthly fee and then constantly prorating it is misleading.
We also did not appreciate the need to schedule a makeup class when the facility was closed due to covid concerns. The class should simply have been refunded and applied to the next month — thereby prorating the month of December. You can’t have it both ways. Moreover, requiring students to schedule make up classes merely exposes our children to more people, which is irresponsible.
The swimm coach Franklin is very experienced and can establish a great connection and rapport with the kids. My daughter loves his teaching style so much we sometimes even go twice a week because she misses her swimm classes

Our instructor, Mireya, is wonderful with my daughter. She is a very patient and caring instructor. My daughter was hesitant about going swimming but Mireya makes her feel very comfortable and now my daughter is enjoying the whole swim experience. She is no longer afraid and smiles and laughs. This makes me very happy.
Personalized attention. Extremely COVID responsible with cleaning and solution in the pool.

It was a wonderful experience. Our teacher was great with our 3 year old who was at first scared to put his head under water. The entire concept is great- warm, small pools.
Very welcoming environment. Chrystie is an amazing. She is very encouraging. I found the business to be very flexible and understanding in this covid environment. I sincerely hope that this business continues to strive and prosper . Unfortunately I need to take a pause as I am high risk and needed to limit my exposure.

My boys 14 & 15 really enjoyed the video session. They felt like they got some really good tips and being able to watch their stroke helped them understand where refinement is needed. Hopefully we'll see improvement in times.
