Before going to the swim school Colton wouldn’t even put his face in the water. Within a month he was putting his face in the water and his confidence skyrocketed. We went to the lake up north and he was jumping off the dock(with a life jacket) and was swimming like a pro!
Staff
The school is very clean and organized. The staff if extremely friendly. And my son loves his instructor Max!
The coaches and staff are all so wonderful and friendly! My daughters have gained so many skills and learned how to swim independently from consistent swim lessons, which I am very happy about. I plan to enroll my son once he is 2.5!
It does however seem like progress has slowed in terms of earning stars and moving up to the next level for both of them. I did want to check and see if there is an option to have them evaluated just to confirm if the progress showing on the app is accurate. Thank you!
The staff, the lessons, and especially the visibility.

We love that safety is a priority, while still allowing our child to have fun! The school is always always ALWAYS clean, staff is professional, and our child counts down the days between lessons. He can't wait to go! We feel that genuine progress is being made in his swimming abilities, thanks to instructors and repetition of skills.

We are so happy at Aqua-Tots! I am so pleased with the progress my little girl has made so quickly. The coaches & staff are wonderful. Laura (mgr) is so pleasant and accommodating. She always goes above and beyond to make things work, and address any concerns. We love instructors Marz, Sami, Ryan, Ava, Justice and Rebecca. Thank you for your patience and encouragement :)
The first month with Aqua tots has been a great experience, Liam has loved his lessons, the instructors are great, the facilities are excellent, the flexible cancellation policy is very convenient and I have nothing but great things to say about the program so far
Great employees whenever I have an issue I get a fast response time and they are very helpful and patient. My daughter loves all the coaches especially coach Michael! All her coaches have been amazing. Great team overall from desk staff, coaches and management!
The coaches are great and involved with the swim activities. The exercises for toddlers are a slow introduction to swimming and my daughter picks it up well.
Some improvement suggestions
1. Allow app to be signed in instead of signing in every time
2. Add a clock to the wall of the location at Sterling Heights, MI. There is no indication of time because parents of toddlers have to enter the pool and all their belongings are locked up.
3. Make the door callouts from the coaches consistent. If a coach is supposed to be at #1 then don't call out the class at door #2 because sometimes we cannot hear as we are far and there are people around.
The staff over there are very friendly and understanding . They make things very easy
Flexibility for lessons
We’ve had such a fantastic experience with the swimming instructors Gibson, Charlotte, and Catherine! They’re an incredible team — kind, patient, and truly passionate about teaching. My kids grown so much in confidence and ability thanks to their supportive and fun approach. Each lesson is something to look forward to, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this amazing team to any parent looking for dedicated and caring swim teachers!

Teachers are great! I just don’t like how often the class times change. I’ve had 2 changes in just a month.
My son went from not wanting to get into the pool at all, to loving to swim in a matter of months. He is jumping in and swimming side to side. He loves it!
Our daughter seems to like the lessons. We as the parents like how easy and convenient it is to cancel and reschedule a lesson on the app.
