QMM went over as beyond the call of duty in every aspect of our move! When a competitor moving company dropped the ball and couldn’t deliver our goods for 5+ weeks, QMM picked up our shipment within a week’s notice and had it delivered in less than 10 days- they even delivered it early! The entire team was extremely pleasant and professional, from Heather who handled the paperwork and set up the virtual walk through, to Clayton, our awesome driver, who oversaw every aspect of the packing, loading, shipping, and unloading. Not one item was missing or damaged in the move.

The entire QMM team made my move from North Vancouver to Ferndale, WA super easy! We had QMM pack our belongings and they did an excellent job, taking great care with our breakables and packing them well. The movers were on time and worked hard throughout the day. I am very pleased with the personal help and always quick in answering my calls and questions. The movers Gord and Monica were excellent I couldn’t ask for better. The most important was the communications between myself and everyone involved. I was kept apprised of all the steps along the way relieving most of the stress of the move. I thank everyone profusely.
We were really impressed with the job done by the two guys who helped us load our belongings in Langley, BC. Specifically they offered solutions to several things we had overlooked, such as proper packaging for our many framed artwork.
The fellow who delivered our stuff in Saint First name removed, NB, was equally impressive, even catching someone else’s mistake in labeling about seven of our items as destined for Nova Scotia. I think his name was Daniel.
If you can please make sure all three of these guys are recognized for their excellent and timely work.
