Customer Testimonials
Very efficient, quality movers. Gordy and Monica
Burnett and crew did all they could and more to make this move and transition from the US to Canada as seamless as possible. Furniture and belongings arrived on date we were told it would.
Highly recommended .
Heather got me started with a virtual survey and explaining the move process. At the end, Richard communicated the truck arrival., load, departure , border and customs Plan and timing all through This process. Everything went as scheduled and planned. This went seamless.
All went okay!
Very on time people, and really follow up closely with customers; giving informed updates in reasonable time. Would be good if you guys could deliver on weekends too.
Overall it’s an excellent group
Upfront about the quote/cost. When quote was innaccurate to verbal quote it was corrected immediately.
Loading was efficient and crew friendly and careful.
Delivery driver was great at staying in touch about arrival date and time.
Delivery was well within quoted time frame.
Delivery crew were friendly and took the time to help us double check for any missing boxes. All boxes were in good condition. And so far there are no missing (still unpacking). And no items broken at due due to mishandling.
I would have like a better way to measure the weight of our boxes as we packed to get the most out of our service, but over all I would definitely recommend QQM/Allied for a long distance move.
The moving crew was fast and efficient. They were very professional and took a lot of care with our belongings. Thank you.
QMM made the move very easy and the time it took to cross the country was better than expected. The team that moved the items into our house were great and did an excellent job. The price quoted was what they stuck to with only a slight charge for an unforeseen issue moving one awkward item.
Francis was great to work with and very informative, offered suggestions in helping prepare for the move
Everything was fine professionally and with a lot of care and attention to detail. They handled all.the packing, loading, unloading with excellent service. I'm very pleased and would recommend their services to anyone doing a cross border move.
Heather was very helpful and professional from the very beginning to the end. Wayne and his crew were amazing during the move. They made our move day stress free. I definitely would recommend QMM to anyone I know.
Every QMM employee I dealt with was extremely professional and easy to work with.
I could not believe how seamless our cross border move was.
My team was:
Francis Leal
Morgan Ledbrook
Sam (surname?) - driver
The moves (quite a few, actually) were quite seamless and easy. The team took great care of my belongings and were careful when challenges came up. Very easy to work with and pleasant dispositions as well!
QMM went over as beyond the call of duty in every aspect of our move! When a competitor moving company dropped the ball and couldn’t deliver our goods for 5+ weeks, QMM picked up our shipment within a week’s notice and had it delivered in less than 10 days- they even delivered it early! The entire team was extremely pleasant and professional, from Heather who handled the paperwork and set up the virtual walk through, to Clayton, our awesome driver, who oversaw every aspect of the packing, loading, shipping, and unloading. Not one item was missing or damaged in the move.
My husband is a U.S. federal officer and we have moved many times with his job. QMM was by far the best moving company we’ve ever dealt with and the best experience we’ve had. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

The entire QMM team made my move from North Vancouver to Ferndale, WA super easy! From the moment my request for a quote was addressed to my furniture delivery, everything was handled with care and attention. Both truck teams were quick and efficient, my move coordinator answered every question right away, and my account manager took the time to deliver extra packing supplies to my front door. Thank you so much for making such a big move smooth and worry-free!
The estimator and move coordinator were great to work with. The moving team were fast, professional and worked with us during the move. A great team.

We had QMM pack our belongings and they did an excellent job, taking great care with our breakables and packing them well. The movers were on time and worked hard throughout the day. Everyone was respectful and careful of our belongings. Everything arrived on time as scheduled and we were happy with the move.
Great service from Francis, Morgan and Sam.

Heather along with the Moving Team locally here for my move in West Vancouver and afar in the United States were AMAZING !!!
Very professional service and friendly personals. Huge thumbs up for driver (Murray). He did an excellent job for packing/unpacking/moving/protecting shipment. Good job all!
Amazing crew that worked fast and did an truly brilliant job of packing. so that even the most fragile items arrived in perfect condition. I cannot imagine that one could possibly find a moving company to equal the efficiency and thoroughness of QMM.
QMM is very professional on handling your move with very attentive care. I highly recommend QMM who wants a hazel-free and pain-free moving.
Thank you very much to the whole team, in the US and here in Canada for the smoothest shipping/move ever. Especially, with the current circumstances; being on the other side of the border and doing all this online; from surveying for quote to packing to shipping! Excellent service. Thank you x
Awesome experience, the team was extremely supportive whenever required throughout the move.
