Customer Testimonials
Our belongings were delivered on time, on budget, and with zero breakage. All the QMM staff were helpful and professional.
The overall customer support was excellent. Always on the ball with really helpful prompt replies.
The moving and shipping crew were very professional and great at their job.
Great experience all round.
Zoltan and our moving crew were outstanding. Could not recommend them more highly. Exceptional care.
Great moving company with friendly staff. Highly recommended.
First Aiden is the man! We’ve used you all now 4 times in last 5 years and every time the movers have been awesome and Aiden was great every step of the way. First class operation
Everything arrived intact and assembled and moved competently by Zoltan and Mia.
The move was seamless. My only issue was that it took so long but that was expected.
Great service! Friendly, capable and conscientious staff (Sebastian and his teams) - at both ends. Francis Leal (BDM) organized things brilliantly from start to finish. Sangita Nand (Move Mgr) followed up to keep us in the loop and ensure all going smoothly.
Very satisfied. Thank you for taking good care of our precious belongings.
From the video tour of the condo we were leaving in Sechelt, BC to the unpacking and placing of furniture in our new home in Newtown NL, we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Questions were answered in a timely manner, our furniture was well-packed, the actual moving guys were pleasant and helpful.
A very positive experience!
Working with Aiden at QMM on our second move has been excellent; the communication has been fantastic, + the local crew was fast, efficient, and friendly. It made the whole thing go quick and painless.
The move was flawless!!! Great company and was very careful with our belongings.
Very high qualified moving team.
The movers were quick and efficient, but also very friendly. Coordinating with office staff was quite easy, and they were fairly quick to respond in communications.
The team at QMM was very professional and friendly.
Great to be able to deal with a company's own staff rather than agents throughout the entire process. You have a great reputation with the Canadians in the US with an Exit Plan facebook group.
Our situation was probably somewhat unique as we were going to move to the UK but due to various insurmountable circumstances this did not happen. From the initial pick up of goods to the goods being returned to Vancouver Island the professional show by the crew’s and management team was outstanding.
I moved from Interior BC to Vancouver and the QMM team moved my household effects. The Trail crew was amazing, they were quick, professional and courteous. My Vancouver crew was equally great, very efficient and put my house all back together. Both crews were friendly, and made what could have been a stressful time, into an enjoyable one. Both crews followed all safety recommendations. Both crews also dealt with somewhat irate neighbours with tact and discretion. QMM is a great company to work with, and while this was a company move, I will work with them for my next move. Highly recommended.
The moving crew guys were par-none. Excellent service, very attentive to detail, helpful to get us organized.
Made the whole ordeal a pleasant experience
QMM never lets you down, from beginning to end. All teams (in office and on site) are experienced, and always show that they care.
Friendly staff, always going the extra mile to ensure our move went smoothly. The team provided a great overall experience.
Your Team of Mike and Jami professionally moved me from Surrey to the Trail BC area in less than ideal weather conditions. They were punctual at both ends of the move and treated both myself and possessions with respect and good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend QMM and this hard working husband & wife team for anyones' move, it made the whole stressful process a smooth transition. Plus we had a few laughs! Thank-you, Ross McGowan
This is my third time using QMM, I have found them reliable, flexible and very good at what they do. Two cross country moves and one local move.
With any luck that will be the last time I need the services of QMM, but if I have colleagues or friends in need of moving services I will always recommend QMM.
Thanks
Steve
Everything was great. The move team was so professional and helpful. They arrived on time, moved everything carefully and quickly, unwrapped items, removed the packaging and even assembled items. Huge help. Best I have ever seen and I have made too many moves!
Thank you!!!
The movers were very fast and efficient. Very respectful, helpful. They made our experience of moving very pleasant. They were also very personable, easy to talk to. Thank you for your help.
Thank you for taking such good care of our move. From our initial contact to our delivery each person was an expert in their department. Our move was stress free. I would definitely recommend QMM to anyone needing this type of service. Again thank you.
Outstanding company and outstanding employees. Our move was difficult in that we were moving into an old building in old Quebec City with a narrow staircase and we are on the 3rd and 4th floor. This did not bother them one bit. I would hire them again without hesitation. Well done!
Thank you for the good honest service and respectful communication. (for the second time now)
Very responsive to my questions. The staff I dealt with were very professional.
Everything from quoting to managing to physical delivery and unpacking was great.
QMM made my move stress free and service and was quick and quality was great
