I enjoy the yoga classes and the access to personal trainers.
I enjoy your masters swim class but please stop raising the price. The swimmers are becoming agitated and will start looking elsewhere for better priced options.

The facility provides everything I'm looking for, and it's reasonably priced. Location is great also considering I live downtown.
I love the diversity of staff, the friendly hours for retired folks, your community outreach, excellent yoga teachers (from my experience), relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

My husband and I love the Body Pump classes. The instructors are all great. They are very professional and knowledgable about the exercises. I like that the classes have a mix of old and young, big and small. We never feel self conscious.

It's the cleanest YMCA and clearly gets the bulk of funding in Austin. The space is bright and airy so it's more delightful to work out there. I no longer attend programs because they don't fit my schedule and it's hard to figure out the schedule (the computer in the lobby is not user friendly).
Shane Traughber is a great nutritionist! His plans aren't about - or just about - losing weight. His first concern is the quality of your sleep. Nutrition comes next and plays a big part in the quality of your sleep. He's also flexible. He provides a plan and alternatives and wants to know what works and what doesn't. We meet about every two weeks for an hour, and he's very enjoyable to talk to especially his work with professional cyclists.
The Programs I use fit within my time frames. Classes start and end on time.The instruction is excellent and the routines are ever changing.

I love how accessable the Y is! Love that I can work out and have child care, that my kids can do sports and activities and that we can swim during winter break!!

Only thing i'd recommend is getting some class details worked out a little sooner than how they currently are.
