The studio looks beautiful. I like that some of the teachers are doing special classes and I hope to see more of that. My favorite class has been the 75 minute c2/hpf mashup with Kay. That class was perfect for my practice.

I really love this studio, so welcoming and the energy is so positive. It is truly the first place that I have felt comfortable working out around other people. I have been going to Kats classes and she is so wonderful and kind, and most of all supportive.

I love the studio and staff. I am a HPF class taker and the studio seems to have a lot of heater issues recently. More than half of the classes I’ve taken over past month have. It had expected amount of heat. I hope this is being addressed.

What’s not to like!?! The instructors are great and the atmosphere is so very inviting and calm.
Love the classes. Enjoy most teachers. Would appreciate reminders from teachers to yogis that the studio class space is a quiet space. A handful of us really enjoy the time before and after class to meditate or finish savasana quietly. Thanks !
