consistently on time, consistent teachers, consistent schedule and class offerings. small to medium size classes for the most part. modifications are encouraged if needed. always friendly.
Studio was clean, staff/teachers were welcoming and friendly. The class was challenging and super fun.

One word: Matt! Matt’s classes on Friday mornings in your Hillcrest Studio are always just what I need. A great mix of challenging and relaxing poses, Matt knows just how to push his class and give us both a good workout and great practice. I hadn’t really practiced Yoga consistently since before Covid, but now Matt’s classes give me a reason to keep coming back for more. Thank you!
i love the workers there !! They made me and my friend feel very welcomed to the studio and helped us out. They gave us a quick tour and was able to answer some of the questions we had. Everyone is so polite, sweet, much camaraderie!

Udoka is an amazing instructor. Her guidance through our practice is always exactly the right pace. Moreover her choreography of movements flows seamlessly. Her voice provides a gentle encouragement that challenges her class to not only go further physically but emotionally. She is a true gift. Her choice of music fits perfectly into a peaceful practice. I always leave class in a positive place mentally and physically. Namaste.
