I love my local Core Power studio! it's a short walk from my house, the full schedule of classes allows me to fit in a class around my busy schedule, i'm always welcomed by friendly staff and the personal touch by the wonderful staff makes me feel great and like i'm in the best place. I have my favorites, but there's so many wonderful instructors: Suz, Dale, Heidi, Damon, Kay, Sonya, Luciana, and Tony, just to name a few.
It's close, the people are nice and helpful and the studio is clean and kept up with the exception of there may be a little water damage in the studio that needs some attention, but that doesn't bother me. My husband and I left here years ago, due to none of the teachers being very good. Justin's C2 class was really great and I'm happy we're back. Hopefully more teachers are as good as Justin!

Love attending Marjan H Hot Power Fusion class! She’s an instructor that’s hands on and is on your form! I love how she also hands out cold towels. She does this out of the kindness of her heart. She truly enjoys teaching and inspires me to continue practicing! I wish she taught more classes or have other instructors be more hands on correcting form and provide towels for hot power fusion especially now that the room is hot again.
Always leave class feeling so strong and accomplished!

Great studios too, just an issue with the smaller parking spaces but the overall experience is top notch.

The teachers at the Clairemont Mesa studio are just amazing. Most of them are so welcoming and kind and seem to really care about making the experience great for people. I signed up for a membership after the 7 day trial about a year and a half ago entirely because of the teachers, and even though I’m moving to another part of town soon, I’ll still be coming to the Clairemont Mesa location multiple times a week.
Great yoga sculpt class. The yoga instructor made a fun and challenging with great music. The only thing is some yoga students brought their phones in the studio and some wore their sandals in class.
