Wow, it was my first time being waxed and I was nervous. This quickly went away though, the reception girls made me feel really welcome !
I met Venesia , my clinician who is really nice. She not only is excellent at her job but also made me feel relaxed, although, I was a real wimp when it came to certain areas being waxed 9 I was having a Hollywood wax', so if you've had one, you'll know what I mean
Anyway, it all gave me an excuse to go for a shopping reward.

Yesterday, i had my first experience with nkd and it was amazing. Jane the receptionist and sarah the therspist they both are so friendly and warm welcoming, they made me feel comfortable. the place is very clean and thats what matters alot for me, i cannot compromise on hygiene. Sarah is very experienced and professional, she did my wax and i didn't even feel it, no redness nothing , isnt it amazing.thumbs up, i highly recommended this place.

Walked in and was greeted straight away and me and my mum were offered water as it was a hot day. They were running slightly behind but they came up to us and apologised for the delay. When I was called to get my treatment the girl was very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job, I love my eyebrows now.
