Oh my goodness, my eyebrows are amazing!! I’ve always been cautious having my eyebrows done, but Michaela really listened to my needs for a ‘natural’ look, and I’ve never loved my eyebrows more. A really professional consultation, with Michaela really taking her time to talk to me about what I wanted. She really made me feel at ease even when I was nervous! A really lovely environment and the best eyebrows I’ve ever had.

I was very nervous about having my Hollywood wax. After hearing horror stories of painful experiences and bruising, I was a little apprehensive about having this specific type of wax. Jessica immediately put my mind at ease. On first impression, she was extremely calm, which made me also feel calm. The wax was no where near as painful as I had thought. It did hurt, but that was to be expected. Throughout the whole procedure Jessica spoke slowly and calmly to me, and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. I feel this type of wax is a very intimate wax, and first impressions always count. I will definitely be returning, and have already booked in for my second wax. Jessica explained to me that it was important to get into a regular routine of having a wax every 4-6 weeks as the hair would grow back thinner. I will definitely be taking her advice, and I am considering having all my waxes with yourselves. I love the décor of the salon, that also made me feel at ease. The girls are so happy and welcoming. This was my first visit to Nkd, and I feel this will now become my regular for future waxes. Thank you girls!!
