Really nice and professional. The girls made me feel as comfortable as possible and are so friendly! I thought it was slightly pricey when booking the appointment but it’s definitely worth every penny, the best waxing experience I’ve had

I appreciate the therapist being on time and overall friendly, yet professional. At the end though it felt a bit rushed and there were a few spots left out. Will need to do a bit of refining at home as well.

Main point - lovely staff. I went to the Leicester clinic for my first wax, I was so nervous 😥 but the staff are so lovely, when I walked out I was absolutely fine.
