All staff are very professional and welcoming! I’ve had a different therapist each time I’ve visited, some people prefer to work with the same people especially with the nature of the treatment, but it does not bother me at all as ALL staff are trained to an amazing standard and off exactly the same level of service!

As it was my first ever bikini/privite wax i was extremely scared,very scared! But the staff were so lovely and kind that the process was not even painful! She said it normally takes 30 mins but the time full by with her asking about your interests. It is a very welcoming space and you are free you open up about anything! Had a lovely life chat! Will deffo be going back and keeping up with it. Am just so happy my first experience with waxing was a good one and not a horror story.

Sarah is absolutely brilliant. She makes you feel so at ease and is super friendly. Something you think would be really uncomfortable is finished before you know it because you’re too busy having a chat. The salon is always clean and everyone in there seems really friendly. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my leg and bikini wax.
