Very good professional service. Best in Nottingham. However, I was coming every 6 weeks and because I can only come in evenings or weekends you took away the 10% discount for rebooking, which was the main reason I kept coming, as I always felt that i'd be silly not to rebook, even though I don't particularly enjoy being waxed and it isn't top of my priorities. This meant that instead, I went 3 months and waited until I was going to a spa and therefore had to get in a swimming costume!
I am pretty sure that there will be many others like me and its really a shame.

I visited on 13.4.19 and had my treatment by Yas. It was actually Yas I spoke to on the phone to book my treatment and from start to finish Yas made me feel at ease, explained the process, took payment and thanked me for making my booking. I arrived early for my appointment and the girls were having a well earned lunch break however as promised by the lady on reception Yas came to take me to my treatment room at 12:50, not a minute late! From then I was completely relaxed about having the treatment due to Yas’ nature and how she talked me through the treatment and after care! It was the least pain I had ever been in during a wax and the results are amazing! Not a single hair in sight! 😂 I have already booked and paid for another 2 apts as it was that good and also purchased some after care products although I never felt forced to do this. I can’t speak highly enough of the treatment I have received and have already started recommending NKD to friends and family! Thank you so much!
I had my legs waxed by Yass - never had this done at a salon before and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Excellent customer service and advised me on how to better look after my skin. I would definitely recommend nkd to a friend. reception team also extremely helpful and polite!

Yas was very professional, friendly, and explained everything she was doing and why. She did a great job, not a hair in sight. It was the most pain free wax I've ever had. The lady on reception was lovely, and booked me in for my next sessions. The aftercare pack was a lovely touch, with my name on.
