Quick and very engaging answering of the telephone. Warm welcome at reception. Professional manner in which the waxing was given to me. The effective application and removal of the wax with hardly any discomfort at all. The friendliness of the whole experience as well as being good value for money.
The best place I've had my eyebrows done. The staff where lovely, they were very friendly and smiley and listened to exactly what I wanted. They tended to me the minute I got there and the whole process was quite speedy. I came out with perfect brows in a perfect time. Will definitely be going again and would definitely recommend to a friend.
