Michaela was so friendly and kind. She took me step by step through the process which helped. She was also gentle and it wasn’t as painful as I was expecting. The results are excellent. This was definitely the best eyebrow threading I’ve ever had!

I was so nervous going to my first wax appointment, I booked in a few waxes as I thought it would help my confidence. It was incredibly intimidating for me to go and let someone see my excess hair.
However, the staff were lovely and kind :) they offered me the best service for me, gave me lots of helpful aftercare advice.
Catherine was calm and relaxed and offered me a choice of treatment, she was very careful as to cause as little pain as possible.
Nicole was bubbly and sweet and she put me at ease as soon as I spoke to her. We were done really quickly and I was very happy with the result.

As a wax virgin I was a bit nervous but the Therapist Emma made me feel really comfortable. She was professional, chatty and always checked I was okay throughout. Also, the online booking system was really simple and I loved that I could book in early evening time as I could come after work. Finally, as a new guest if I rebooked after my first treatment then my third treatment is free which is amazing!
