The continuity of the same person who does the cleaning. Also, I like the products that are being used.

I like all of the products. My suggestion is that a better job should be done dust mopping. Please dust under things and please always wash bare floors. I also cannot read the teeny print in the survey! Audrey Couse

I like the fact that Linda comes in and does her job and I can continue to work in another room undisturbed. I enjoy knowing that my bathrooms/showers have been completely cleaned on a regular basis and I didn't have to do it.
