I like the fact that even though we as clients, commit to a contract with Merry Maids, there is flexibility honored for times when guests are going to be in our home or when there are health issues in our family that require us to change our scheduled cleaning.
I love the continuity of the cleaning person who comes to our home. She's very efficient and thoughtful. When I've forgotten to mention that something needs special attention, I always find that she's noticed it and done a better job than I would have done myself. I greatly appreciate her.

I would recommend Merry Maids but I do have a couple things I was not fully satisfied with from my last cleaning. The note left said the office and family room were given special attention but I don't believe the baseboards were done in either or the chair rail in the office. I was under the impression those were staples of the service for the extra attention rooms. There is also an air vent cover in the office that was also not dusted. I believe this is not the first time the baseboards have been missed as part of the special attention room. If the cleaners could take special care to be sure those are done during the special attention cleaning I would very much appreciate it! Thank you!

I like that they have personal services like changing my sheets along with little touches like folding the toilet paper under with a sticker. The products are not only very effective but also leave a fresh, pleasant scent. I feel the cleaning to be thorough as well.
