So far I have been pleased with the service and the products. A chat with the merry maid is always good for her to know what I expect and she is always open and willing to accommodate.
I specifically like seeing the carpets edged and wood trim dusted with a damp cloth instead of a feather duster. I like the extra attention given to one or two rooms each time. I appreciate that small details are done as I request.
She has a definite routine and works at a very steady pace. Everything is done very well and we have found no problems what so ever. She is also very friendly.
