You have a perfect advertising scoop that "appears" when your skilled persons "drop in for an afternoon" and create an environment that makes it appear you live always in a tidy orderly manner, for "company" that visits just for "the Holidays", major family events, etc. It was something I never could've managed on my own. Elders, persons with health limitations, and others involved in their busy lives to the point that the "appropriate appearance" just isn't possible, need to Know what you folks can provide. The clean, but not harsh chemical smell. Also I appreciated the kitchen table being cleaned without the film on it from prior last cleanings.
Windows look great too! And the floors that are already in bad shape for hard woods, you guys help disguise the poor condition. My bathrooms have never been cleaner!
It smelled so good in my home! All was shiney and bright and the floors were "sparkling" (linoleum dosen't really sparkle)
Excellent customer service and communication.
I really like having the same person come each time so that you get to know that person and the work that they do. They will also develop a sense of responsibility with the owner and a better commitment to doing a good job. It creates a higher level of trust and makes it easier to discuss concerns.
