Products are not strong scented and give a clean aroma to home. I prefer 2 maids to clean my home. One maid Jean was coming, and it was a lot for one person and taking her more than twice the time. Too much work for one person to have to take on. Jean is a great person, but needs an assistant or smaller job.

Sarah is WONDERFUL! She pays close attention to detail and does a great job. We can definately tell when we walk in the door that she was the person who cleaned our house. We really appreciate her!

I would recommend Merry Maids because of Sara. She does a great job and is very dependable. The reason I didn't rate Merry Maids as a 10 is because the office has not been dependable with the scheduling. On occasion I've had to reschedule. The office staff does not correct the rotation in the computer.

When I had a concern, you addressed it immediately and solved it. Now, I feel like my home is clean when Yvette leaves.

It was the first time I have ever had a cleaning service. My second appointment is set already, as I am on anevery other Monday service.
Jean was great. There were to be 2 Merry Maids, but a few were out sick. Jean came at 11:45 and did not leave until around 5:15. She worked all day with no complaints and no breaks.
When she left the house smelled great, carpet pile was high and I was pleased. Some spots were missed, but I did not complain, as she was doing the work of 2 people.

They come and do their job and are gone! Nice!

They do what they say they have done on the paper that they leave after cleanin. Products are ok
