She's fast can cleans things very well. The products smell very good.

Kim and Shirley have been great and I would give them a 9 so that is the reason for my rating. While I have chosen to go in a different direction for my cleaning needs at this time, it is due to other circumstances. If it doesn't work out, I am likely to return

Good service and it works in my schedule. I like the personal touch and that I get the same person each time. That way, they know my home and feel safe knowing the same person is coming each time. A big trust factor. Annette does a super job!

Our last cleaning was great. When we walked in the house it smelled clean. The bathrooms were cleaned from top to bottom which had not been done the time before. Also, all the chairs etc were moved to sweep which makes the house much cleaner.

As long as we keep this cleaning team and they continue to do this great of a job we will stick with Merry Maids and recommend them to our friends.

"Relax - it's done" is so true! MM is very respectful of our home and leave it smelling (cinnamon) and looking great!

We have been pleased with the cleaning done Merry Maids. I do wish the communication between those in the office and those doing the cleaning was better. I was called to see how it was going. I responded over all well but would like special attention made to the master bath shower. I was assured it would be passed on but instead special attention was paid to the Rec room the next time they came to clean. Don't call and ask if you're not going to follow through.

I appreciate the work attitude and attention to detail. Tammy did a magnificent job and I would recommend her to anybody. Thx!

Shirley and Kim are consistent and reliabile. I don't even have to think about it, I come home and everything is clean. They always take a minute to talk to the cat , which calms him down- now he is so used to them cleaning doesn't bother him at all.

I find the staff friendly and accommodating when ask to do something. Having that confirmation call a day before is good. When there is something wrong, the management takes care of it quit quickly.

Anete is a hard worker and very conscientious about the job she does. She is always dressed appropriately and represents Merry Maids in a very favorable way. She is THE BEST of all the people and companies I have hired to clean this house! Thank you for allowing me to have her all the time.

The products Anete uses does an adequate job. If it doesn't she will try something else from Merry Maids cleaning supplies. I might suggest to get something stronger to clean glass. ie. windows, oven doors, microwave doors, mirrors. Thank you.
