Everything was cleaned very thoroughly. It was money well spent to come home to a clean house. The one shelf we asked not be touched was not and they did things like making my kids beds which was totally unexpected.

Please let me know what you will be charging for the "dust-off" prior to my return last Monday and I will have payment ready when your people return on Wednesday,the 30th. May I again plan on your $71.00 charge every two weeks? I will have that check ready too.

I understand that windows are not included in your work, but glass doors are. I have found it sometimes necessary to have the differences defined by your office.

I am very particular about the smell of products I use, and the cleaning products used by the staff do not have a strong chemical smell or an overpowering floral or other artificially sweet aroma either. My apartment just smells clean.

This has not always been true: but, now Anete arrives on time EVERY time. And I so appreciate it! If you could guarantee on-time arrival every time, I would totally recommend this service to my friends. Whenever I call into the office, people are so polite, professional and friendly regarding my concerns. My frustration lies in that when someone has been cleaning my house for a long time, they get "bored" and overlook things. When they first start, they are so meticulous, careful and thorough, but it gets sloppy over time. I don't have any suggestions about how you could fix this.

They are efficient, professional and try their best so I am satisfied.

Seem to be natural based products, not as harsh as some cleaners but seem to work well. The girls that clean are very thorough and do a good job. Please remember to vacuum all the carpets...master bedroom and closets were missed this last time. I also really like that you supply all your own products, dusters, mops, and vacuum. Great work overall, girls. Thank you very much...I really appreciate your service and attention to detail.
