Donna is very cheerful and does a good job. Last Wednesday she made my bed. I had just washed the sheets and dumped them on the bed. I was going to take care of the bed later. What a surprise and a very nice one.

The women that are cleaning my house are doing a great job. I haven't been able to do the survey the last two times that they cleaned my house, so I want to make sure this survey counts towards them getting the rewards that they deserve.

When I had a complaint, you immediately address the issue and were quick to "re-do" the work to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the excellent work done the 2nd time.

Anete in Des Moines is outstanding in what she does. She is very customer oriented and takes her work very serious. The home is thoroughly cleaned when she is done and she is a very pleasant person. She represents Merry Maids very positively. She is the reason we continue to do business with Merry Maids.

This last time, they did an in-depth cleaning of the front room and kitchen area. Everything looked very good!
