Shuttle is always right at your car to take you to the airport. Driver loads and unoads all your luggage. Only complaint, the last few times we've traveled, we have had to wait 20 minutes or more for shuttle to pick up when we return.

On time. Excellent drivers! Easy in and out with a reservation. Recommend making a reservation as the lots have been full. I’ve used this parking lot for 18 years!

Conveniently located next to the airport and freeway. The drivers are always friendly. They always help with the bags. The people at the exit are also pleasant. The app is easy to use!

Donald was very nice upon my arrival . Unfortunately, I thought I had self park so didn’t have any cash to tip him.
