Most often, shuttle picks me up very quickly to and from the airport. Short,pleasant ride makes this work well for me. I have never had an unpleasant driver. The most helpful drivers ( ( I am a senior ) don’t wait till U ask for help. One even put the suitcase in my trunk. I love to tip these people as they make my trip very easy.

Easy to get in, was REALLY surprised when we were met at our car with a shuttle bus to load our bags and then take us to airport. Impressive!
One comment…need to have better posted directions back to shuttle pickup at airport OR on the AP. You are missing the part about needing to go to a lower level and then take a tram to get to Silver Parking lot to shuttle pickup location. Had to call supervisor twice to get that part figured out. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Fast friendly shuttle service
Enjoy the convenience of the shuttle service. But lately the sign that shows what row to park in has been showing rows 4 - 5 for the last several months I've been there, but it's not always true. And the other letters seem to have fallen to the ground and haven't been moved in that same time frame. Also, the scanners and entry and exit need to be replaced or the software upgraded. I have difficulty with it registering my QR code coming in and leaving.
