I always get picked-up and dropped off quickly. It's really nice now that I have Gold status as I can park in the Premier Parking. The drivers are always polite and helpful and I like the free car wash! Keep up the good service!! I prefer to park here instead of using car services.

Nice parking off site being drpped at door and same being picked up and dropped at your vehicle. Polite friendly staff. Have used this service for over twenty years and will use whenever we fly out of Midway. Thanks for everything.

It was easy to use barcode to enter the parking area and also easy to park the car. Ride to Domestic airport was quick and we did not have to wait.

Reminder messages on phone with barcode link was convenient too.

From airport to Parking, we have to wait but not that long, but it would be nice if that was also quick.
It was a good experience for us.

I have used your services for years and am satisfied. Only thing I noticed is that the last couple times it seemed to take longer than in the past to get a shuttle back from the airport to the parking area.

The shuttles were timely and the drivers were helpful with our luggage's as well.We returned late at night and the shuttle driver waited and picked us up from the airport .
