What we liked the most:
Convenience - easy to access and enter the lot
Prompt pick-up at the lot. On arrival there was a driver waiting to pick up persons and directed us to the open sections. On return to the Humphrey Terminal (Terminal 2) there was a driver waiting as we came into the pick-up area.
Courteous and helpful drivers that provided bag handling and perfect directions on how to be picked up on arrival.
What we did not like:
The mobile application is not great at all. I had set a login and password on the computer and I kept being told that I had an incorrect password. I tried to have a password reset email sent so I could reset the PW, no email came - checked junk and SPAM.
Leaving the lot was not easy. The box to scan the ticket/card/enter code was not user friendly. We tried the option to scan card thinking it would match the card to verify the stay in the lot to let us out. It is not stated that the card would be charged a second time, even if we had prepaid. The only good thing is that the box hung and we had to wait for a driver to happen by who informed us of this. We found the QR code to scan, it scanned the code and the box still hung up. An attendant on-site during business hours 7 days a week would greatly help the process.
It's close to the airport and quick service.

not having to find a parking space indoor at the airport- what I don't like is that after we get off the shuttle an employee just sits on his butt, rather that giving a hand taking luggage to car and help loading- we always tip.

It was a great service. Easier than dealing with airport parking and much more affordable. I only wish there was an option to tip the drivers electronically since I don't often carry cash.

Everyone was very friendly. From check in, to the drivers to and from our destination. The gal at the exit booth was very nice and even offered bottled water for the road. Great staff!
