Reserving online and getting a text notification for the QR code. Having someone at the booth during checkout of the self-park if there was a question on scanning to leave. The attendants and the drivers were extremely nice upon pick-up/drop-off.

I had a reservation and a full size pickup. The attendant actually walked over to show me where I could park my truck in a designated spot. What great service. Also the drivers are very courteous and helpful with the bags.

Easy to park, shuttle pulls up right away, and drops off right at terminal. Pickup could be more organized and orderly. There were many people at pickup at the same time. And some didn’t want to wait their turn and tried to rush on the shuttle. But overall it is a great way to get to airport.
