Arriving to Cleveland, Park 'N Fly was wonderful. The shuttle was at our car within a minute and arrived at the terminal a few minutes later. The return to Cleveland was another story. We picked up our luggage at baggage claim, and as we interpreted the signs, we thought the shuttle would be outside where all the other pick-ups were. I texted the shuttle to say we were at the pick-up area. we waited and waited but no shuttle. another lady walked up and asked us if we knew where to pickup the shuttle. Her ticket said outside of door #1. we waited more time and no shuttle. I texted again and received a text back that the shuttle would be at slot #5. No-one knew what slot #5 was or even meant. I had to go back into the terminal and find someone that knew where the pick-up location was and what slot #5 meant. After finding someone to explain it to us, it made sense. Please Either have signs in the baggage area, or put a little map on the tickets or email confirmations. We will continue to us Park 'N fly because of the great service, but please explain the pickup locations.

Excellent service. We had early morning flight and the bus service with luggage help was on time.

At arrival as well at midnight the bus was standing at LN1 domestic airport.
