Timely transport from parking to the terminal

But the service from the terminal to pick up the car was not very prompt despite many vans in the Park & Fly lot.

I wanted to specially comment on my driver, Olene R. I had left my phone on the bus. When i discovered this, i was going to ask at the front if someone could check the bus i was on (although i couldn't tell the number of it). As i was driving out of the area i was parked, she was waiting for me at the intersection she knew i would cross out go out to let me know she had it. What a relief and great servicei!!! Thanks so much!

Service is pretty good and the drivers are pretty good. Ray frequently picks me up at the lot and many times returns me back to the lot. Good guy and very approachable. Good with people!

Everything about Park ‘N Fly is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s quick and easy. There is a free car wash on your way out. Don’t have to worry about break ins or theft.

You're very efficient at the toll gate as well as your service and shuttles are frequent and helpful.

Valet service is incredible. I was traveling with a family of 5 and never had to park offsite from the airport until this trip. The service, quality, and help the team provided to move my bags and stroller from car to shuttle and to the airport was a seamless experience. The porters even helped to weigh a suitcase which was 2lbs overweight, allowing us to move stuff around before the hustle of the airport. My only issue was that as a first timer, it wasn’t clear where the shuttle was going to pick up, and even which shuttle to get on as they have multiple locations. We flew delta so all our bags were in the south terminal, but had to go to north terminal ground level in the airport for pick up. Then we got on the wrong shuttle(park&fly, not park&fly plus). As long as you know your drop off point and pick up points are in separate areas/floors/terminals at the airport, the actual experience once we reached the right shuttle was again excellent. Our car was ready, cooled off and the porter grabbed the bags off the shuttle and into the car, and we were on our way. Other valuable piece of information: this place is right next door to a pet hotel/boarding place. If you ever need to park/board the pup&fly, this location is perfect. I will be choosing this service again for my next trip!
