This operation is first-class. Courteous & helpful gate attendants, instantaneous shuttle pickup, friendly drivers, and in my most recent experience, a very attentive manage who solved a problem quickly and kindly.

This park n fly clean is safe, efficient and affordable. Plus it is very clpse to the airport. I always park here when flying from ATL. The only time I have has an issue was when it was after hours and I called for a pickup using the virtual system, but no shuttle came. Because of this I would recommend waiting for the menu option to speak to an associate at the location to make sure a pickup shuttle is actually sent.

Efficient and professional team! also, I left my window open on my truck by accident. And when I returned to park and fly, they had plastic and taped it up so rain Water would not get in my truck. The team in Hartford went above the call of duty! I am so happy that they took the initiative to help a customer and ensure the safety of my truck. Special recognition to Denesha for her positive and professional attitude. A top notch host!

We flew out early and flew in early in the morning, With the valet option, there was no waiting or confusion of where to go. The staff were very pleasant and helpful considering the ungodly hour. I will absolutely use your services any time I travel, thank you.

What do you like about our services?

It was very busy when we arrived at the Park N Fly, however we were taken care of quickly. Bus arrived very soon after we parked. The pick up from the airport was rather quick this did surprise me because there were alot of people waiting to be picked up. We were informed another bus was on the way. Overall very happy and will be using again for our next flight out of Midway.
