It was quick and convenient. The valet at drop off was super welcoming and nice. Shuttle operated by Michael P. was also quick to the terminal. Only feedback is when I landed, I tried to use the app to request the shuttle but it didn’t seem to work. Luckily I assume the shuttle got me on its usual run, and I wasn’t waiting long.

What do you like about our services?

Super fast. I didn’t even need to call. I literally walked out the airport. Exit and stepped onto the bus. For an airport this big I might’ve expected 30 to 45 minute wait. This was unbelievably fast.

I like the convenience of a reservation.

I didn't like that we were directed to an aisle to park, but the bus driver managed to block access to ALL of the remaining spaces on that aisle.

I didn't like the Adi, the pick-up driver, was doing 60 mph in a 40 mpg zone with one hand on the wheel. Uncomfortable glances were exchanged between passengers.

It was very easy to park and shuttle to airport. The drivers of the shuttle were very friendly and helpful with your bags. We never had to wait long for shuttles.
