To be Picked up quickly at our car & on return.
Although this time we parked in the covered ramp for the first time. When we entered the lot with our code, someone at the scanner told us to park in “11-3” Entering the ramp, signs say exit so we drove around & couldn’t find another entrance so went back to that entrance, so it was confusing. Sign should say something like “May enter here “. We drove around looking for 3-11, but couldn’t find it so finally just pulled into a spot on 3 rd floor. I don’t know why we were told to park in a particular spot when it wasn’t necessary, there were plenty of available spaces, & added to trip departure stress. A shuttle wasn’t nearby & I had to call twice for a pickup.
Otherwise the service was fine, the shuttle was available quickly when we returned from our trip.
We will use your service again in the future.
Appreciate the clean shuttles and luggage help.

From the attendant greeting and directing me into the parking area with a smile and politeness to the courteous and safe drivers to exiting where the attendants have been helpful and patient welcoming me back with a safe drive home.
