It is close to the airport, the staff is courteous and helpful, the shuttle run smoothly now that they have recovered from the Covid period, and the cost is competitive.

Everything was quick and easy.

The shuttles are almost always right there to pick you up and head to the airport. And on the return trip, they drop you right at your car.

Everything was great. I loved that there was a person at the gate when I pulled in. This was the first time I used park n Fly, it was nice to get direction from a human. I was very inpressed when the shuttle was at our covered parking spot as we pulled in. Drop off location was convent at the airport. Driver was kind and courteous. On return, the shuttle was waiting for us, driver help load our luggage and got us back to our car in a very timely manner. It was a very pleasant and stress free event.

It was all very easy to pay online, the drive there, the pickup to airport even as a senior that does not travel a lot. I had plenty of time to get to my flight.
I do wish there was a better direction in the baggage area when I landed. I had to ask around to know which door was pick up.

for recent Delta flights Mpls-Boise I reserved space at Park N Fly Mpls, Upon arrival I had difficulty at gate to scan my reservation code. An attendant-driver quickly came to my aid to help me access the parking lot and transported to the terminal.
